Just sharing this picture that I found several months ago, when I was in the middle of a a stressful transition. I printed it and tape it where I could see it everyday. It has worked wonders, it lists some basic, easy things to do to feel happy, it even starts with live minimally and I couldn't agree more. The weight of material things has been such a major distraction in my life, but since I decided to ignore the social pressures and convincing myself that it is OK to live with the minimum, things have been a lot more fluid and definitely I don't have many worries that most folk have in their lives. I reminds me to exercise, eat well and meditate too. Things that now I remember more frequently and practice, and again keep it simple ...
